Right preparation is key to a successful breastfeeding & postpartum journey
Our Birth Preparation Programme will prepare and condition your body for birth and breastfeeding. This therapy ensures quality milk supply from Day 1 of your baby’s arrival. Our Maternal Health Visitors will work with you from your 3rd to final trimester. Lactation therapy will help to induce lactation and regulate milk flow. At the same time, Lactation Therapy also prevents blocked ducts or breast engorgement after delivery.
Lactation therapy will help to better stimulate flow, regulate supply and prevent post birth complications such as the development of jaundice in babies and engorgement / blocked ducts / lack of milk supply issues for the mother. It is important to have sufficient stimulation in the early days to ensure that milk supply kicks in and flows smoothly upon delivery. Frequency and effectiveness of Lactation Therapy can affect the long-term milk yield and milk quality.
Between 30 weeks – Full Term:
Our Maternal Health Visitor (MHV) will work with you to encourage normal delivery. In the event, where c-section is necessary, the therapy will be able to assist in reducing birth pain. Muscle tensions on your lower spinal segments, pelvic, inner thigh and perineal will be gradually reduced, therefore reducing the dosage of epidural during delivery.
Our MHVs will walk you through your final trimester and conduct the therapy safely without causing unnecessary birth induction in the early days of pregnancy.

Your body starts to make breast milk long before the birth of your baby. The production of colostrum begins as early as the beginning of your second trimester of pregnancy. You may notice small drops of clear or yellow fluid leaking from your breasts or staining your bra while you’re pregnant. That’s colostrum.
No, our 1-to-1 class is specially designed to include some hands-on work on your body. This is known as lactation therapy.
Through our years of service, we have received countless feedbacks from mothers that a 3-hour lecture simply won’t allow you to understand what to do once you have given birth. There is simply too much to consider for once you have given birth.
Rejoice Pregnancy believes in a holistic 1-1 guidance and step by step approach that can fully prepare you for breastfeeding and birth. During each session our friendly consultants will be addressing any questions a mother may have while providing you the therapy and care needed.
That is why more than 8,000 mothers have placed their trust in Rejoice Pregnancy.
